Base storage cases are commercially manufactured and artist-finished by hand.

Due to the handmade nature of products:

• Minor variations in colour, texture, finish and detail are expected

• No two items are identical

• Such variations are not considered defects

• Measurements are approximate

3. Fan-Inspired Designs

Products are independently created and fan-inspired.

SJ Dulcey Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, brand, label, or rights holder. References are descriptive only.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• All information provided is accurate

• You are authorised to use the chosen payment method

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

• Pricing errors

• Stock issues

• Suspected fraud

• Breach of these Terms

A contract is formed only once payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Currency conversion (if applicable) is handled by your payment provider.

Payments are processed securely via:

• Wix Payments

• PayPal

We do not store full card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Buyers are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate shipping address

• Monitoring tracking (where provided)

• Paying applicable customs or import fees

Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

7. International Orders & Customs Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Handling fees

These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an order is returned due to unpaid customs or import charges:

• Original shipping costs

• Return shipping costs

• Customs handling fees

• Any associated charges incurred

will be deducted from any refund.

If these costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

This does not affect statutory cancellation rights where applicable.

8. Right to Cancel (UK & EEA Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and applicable European consumer protection laws, consumers located in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area have the right to cancel most physical goods orders within 14 days of receiving the item.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notice

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Where cancellation rights apply, we will refund:

• The full purchase price

• The cost of standard outbound delivery

Upgraded or express shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Returns must be sent using a tracked service.

We may deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised items

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications

• Digital downloads once download has begun with consent

Consumers outside the UK and EEA do not automatically receive a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

9. Digital Products

Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be:

• Resold

• Shared

• Redistributed

• Used commercially

By purchasing a digital product, you:

• Expressly consent to immediate download

• Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

10. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

• As described

• Of satisfactory quality

• Fit for purpose

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photographic evidence.

We request that transit damage is reported within 48 hours to assist with courier claims. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and may include repair, replacement, or refund where required.

11. Product Use & Care

Decorative finishes must be handled with care.

Painted, sealed, glittered, or textured surfaces may wear over time due to handling or friction.

Improper use, overloading, moisture exposure, or excessive heat is at the buyer’s risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, product photography, and digital content are the intellectual property of SJ Dulcey Studio.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

13. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access

• Copy or scrape content

• Interfere with website functionality

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
